The product range of company includes Different type of Flexible Polyurethane foam (Polyether Foam, Polyester Foam, Visco Foam, Soft Foam, Reticulated Foam, Hard Foam, High Resilience Foam, Molded Foam, Rebounded Foam, Flame Retardant Foam, UV Foam, Thermo foldable Foam, Mattress, Pillows) & complete foam product solution (Flame Laminated Foam products, Glue Laminated Foam products, Die-Cut Foam, Coated Foam products) for a wide range of end applications.

Foam Villa was founded by Rahul Gupta (an M.B.A graduate in International Business Management) after Ten year of work exposure into International Trade. The key idea came after working in International Business Division at Sheela Foam Pvt. Ltd where he was daily asked for a new unique foam product & applications which were impossible to be sourced from a single factory. Therefore he planned to build a team where he can assist customers to source right foam grades from a variety of option available & serving them with their specific Support, Comfort & Durability foam requirements.

A small brief on Flexible Polyurethane foam:

Production of flexible PU foam started in early 1954 using Toluene Di-isocyanate (TDI) & Polyester Polyols. The main ingredients used to produce Polyurethane foam are Isocynates and polyol. Other materials are added just to help processing the polymers or to change the properties of the Polymers keeping end application in mind.
